Sorry it took so long, but I finally got a new AvCharts update out the door. It will be a free update to all existing users.

Here’s what changed:

1. Fixed some small bugs.
2. Added the ability to download all charts for a specific state! Many have asked for this feature and it is now available.

One thing I’ve noticed though that the downloads are pretty large. Server bandwidth is very expensive. I’m going to keep the price on AvCharts at 2.99 for now, but if I notice a large spike in bandwidth I will have to increase the price of the app to cover those costs. So my suggestion is that if you don’t already have AvCharts buy it now, because the price won’t stay at $3 for long.

Latest Approach plates have been installed. You should now have the latest on all your devices.

Version 1.3.3 is a fix for all Sprint 4G users. You should now be able to use on 4G without any problems. If you still have problems please contact support.

I’m finishing up an update to AvCharts. I’m including a bunch of features but most importantly you will be able to download all charts for the entire country with 1 click. Many have asked for this feature…Keep me updated with feature requests and i’ll try to get them done ASAP.

Finished updating to the latest FAA terminal procedures. These expire 9/23/2010.

The updates are complete and are the latest.

I’ve also received notice from the FAA that some KLAS charts have been incorrect that they sent, and I updated them with the latest correct versions.

You may experience some issues retrieving AFDs and Charts while we perform the update. It should be done in about an hour. Sorry for the inconvenience.
